Money Mod

I'm looking for a good mod maker to make a money mod.
I want this mod to include:
-abillity to give money
-putting a price on certain items
-Admins can chose how much money you start out with
-Building Price
-Payment for Jobs (Like, you will get 10-20 dollers per x amount of time) I would like this to have different payments for different jobs.
And anything els you can think of.
This i basicly a replica of the Cash Mod that Mr. Pickles made, except it doesn't FAIL.

If anyone could make this i would give them a
