White people make up roughly 68% of the population in Delaware. However looking into it, they are the 8th highest state with the largest black population (behind North Carolina, Maryland, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi) so I can believe that claim.

Still, though, there is nothing to get out of his claim of being called racial slurs. If he wants to discredit jitank's claims of being called racial slurs, then he has no leg to stand on here.
