Now, I'm sure Ipquarx or some other the guys will come around and touch up anything I got wrong; one thing to note is that this will only affect users who have Secure Boot enabled. This mainly affects users with locked-down hardware, so things like phones and tablets. It's actually kind of rare for desktops and laptops to be using Secure Boot as all the hardware components have to be approved and certified or else the PC won't boot.
So if you're using a Windows phone or tablet or other device, you might need to be careful, but everybody else should be fine.
