well here's the thing buddy. games =/= real-life. and to do simple humanitarian things like that you don't need to form a PMC just to do that. all that bringing a PMC for something as simple as just medical treatment into an already war and death-ridden area would probably cause a lot of tension
Medical NGO personnel are attacked and killed very often, like in Kunduz back in 2015, and in fact just today in Yemen I believe, MSF was hit by airstrikes. I imagine they're unarmed and not guarded in most circumstances. I don't see anything wrong with the idea of a philanthropic militarist organisation.
