First off what's your CPU. If it's not powerful enough it bottlenecks the card and it won't perform as well as it should be and then it would end up being a waste of money. Also you can use Speccy to check. https://www.piriform.com/speccy

And you should OC it to 3.2Ghz :^)
please tell me youre jokingot: get the 8GB version if you've got an i5, you might have a little bit of a bottleneck with your specific version due to it being 3 generations old and low clock speed, but for something like 1080p it should be pretty good.
my screen is 1980 x 1080 so its good right?
also hey what verison of the rx 480 i should get, i noticed theres different verisons of it by different companys
1920x1080 is referred to as "1080p," so yes, it should be good, but you might wanna upgrade your processor down the line (if you can, S models are usually in OEM systems)The MSI Gaming X variant is pretty goodhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137023the Sapphire Nitro has 2 HDMI ports which can be handy for VRhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202223&cm_re=rx_480-_-14-202-223-_-Productand the PowerColor Red Devil variant has 3 fans which is good for cooling, but the logos on the top are inverted and the quality just looks shoddy imohttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131694&cm_re=rx_480-_-14-131-694-_-Product
