veeery close second would have to be Hyper Light Drifter.

time to recycle a post!! (removed non-videogame stuff tho)
this is pretty badly categorized since i didnt rly know much about genres back then so yea keep that in mind
also im aware you mean just one ost but fuk u i like recycling my list

edit: i've re-ordered the list to make it more accessible and less prone to switch from really relaxing to super intense

these soundtracks are quite orchestral/beautiful:

NieR (album) (this is way lower quality than i wish it was, it's really beautiful)
Drakengard 3 (album) (this is actually a really intense album compared to what i put as a preview)
Dark Souls (album)
Diablo 2 (album)
Okami (album)

these soundtracks are like halfway between orchestral, intense, and upbeat:

Bastion (album)
Transistor (album)
the Super Smash Bros series (ssbm album)
Final Fantasy VI (album)
Desktop Dungeons (album)

these soundtracks are quite intense:
Risk of Rain (album)
Metal Gear Rising (album)

these tracks are quite upbeat and fun:
VVVVVV (album)
Crypt of the Necrodancer (album)
Battleblock Theater (album)
Super Meat Boy (album)
Lethal League (album)
touhou 6+ bcus the old ones make my everything bleed (multiple links in there)
Wind Waker (album)
Dustforce (album)
FEZ (album)

these tracks are quite zen/atmospheric:

Metroid Prime (album)

please do tell me if any of this is blocked in the US and i will try to fix it
i've found that a lot of this stuff tends to be blocked for some awful reason

Oh wow, i don't know how i forgot these, Lego Racers and Crash Team Racing

The only OST's I've ever really cared about was Halo and Undertale. Mass Effect to a lot lesser extent but it had its moments. Same goes with Descent 3, but to more of a nostalgic extent.

Half-life series I guess.
