at the top i have talked that the bad thing in your english is the grammar, not the punctuation
"grammar" is when to change words so that they have a better meaning
"punctuation" is when you write things to show extra meaning which some times does not need to be shown
the big letters at the start of sentences are part of punctuation

when somebody does not write punctuation it does not change the meaning of what he says many times
punctuation is not the same as grammar
