Author Topic: Help me create the perfect abomination - New Corrupted Player  (Read 2596 times)

Remember that corrupted player I made two years ago? I'm remaking it. This time I won't actually throw it into the Vinesauce ROM Corrupter, cause that's pretty much unpredictable and last time I did that, there were crashes. This time, it'll be done in Blender!
(thanks for the plugin portify!)

Before I release this, I don't think it looks good enough. I want some suggestions so that it looks as terrifying as possible before I release this add-on abomination into the wild.

Images will be updated as I change it.
(doing this on v20 because Steam keeps re-downloading the player dts whenever I launch v21) fixed, new images will be v21

Port's Exporter/Importer.

GOOD richard THOSE FACE THINGS

This isn't from the corrupted player but I thought I'd post it here anyway

Headkimbo

That's....kinda creepy.

Thanks for the heads up.

what the hell every time i use ports blender it literally never works how are you guys doing this

I think you can do more with the hands and feet. Give him a third leg on one side that appears and disappears rapidly as it walks, and on the other make the foot huge and flat. Also add a couple edges and delete a few faces on it so it looks like it has a pair of long clawed toes. Take the back and palm of one of the hands and bring it up to where the shoulder is but leave the fingers so that they look really long. Take the other hand and widen the same parts so the whole thing turns into a trapezoid shape. Stretch out one of the arms and yeah, as the others said, mount a second head on it.

how do you even get those faces on the model

have you ever just tried to use UV mapping? its actually really easy once you figure it out.

but dont you have to make like 10 separate models for each face

also im good at UV but I dont understand how you get the face right so when you change your avatar face it will apply to both heads

as long as its the same material they should both show.

So then what's the material name that is used for the face images?
