btw i'm technically fat but my height-to-weight ratio makes it normal, whoopee

exercise is completely good for your body and keeps it in shape, but really if you want to lose weight you need to focus on diet

you shouldnt make excuses to keep being unhealthy

they way i was told to remember it is 70% diet 30% exercise

you shouldnt make excuses to keep being unhealthy
but exercise is grossssss

jog. it's one of the easiest ways to burn a lot of calories. whether you can go four blocks or four seconds a time doesn't matter, its about energy spent. it comes down to
burn more calories than you consume

make sure you're not starving yourself. eat plenty of low calorie foods to prevent your metabolism from lowering.

this is a too simplistic guideline. you can't start skipping meals or eating barely anything and then pushing your body to burn everything off. that's a dangerous and unhealthy way to lose weight.

yeah I've lost about 50 pounds total using this method at the rate of 1 pound a day and it's awful. one morning I couldn't even stand up to get ready for school.

but exercise is grossssss
then put down the mcdonalds tubby and start doing what i said b4. hell, if you can't jog, ride a bike, jumprope, or any other basic aerobic exercise, just go for a 20 minute walk every day

this is a too simplistic guideline. you can't start skipping meals or eating barely anything and then pushing your body to burn everything off. that's a dangerous and unhealthy way to lose weight. cut down your calories to an appropriate amount making sure that you're still eating what you need but in healthy portions

of course. doing that would be stupid, but what i said is the basic principle behind weight loss and it works. your intake should be proportionate to your energy expense.

eat normally and spend your free time walking until it hurts

1. Eat less

2.Eat sane stuff

3.Do exercise (You can run in the park, go to a gym, etc)

4.Dont be a lazy starfish

5.?????

6.Profit

One time I went on a Paleolithic diet. I lost so much weight that my doctor made me quit. Eat lots of vegatables and meat, and no processed sugar, dairy, or wheat. This, combined with lots of cardio, will make you skinny. (I did it for stomach pain related issues, not weight loss. But that's what most people do it for.)

gotta aim for like a 200 calorie deficit

gotta aim for like a 200 calorie deficit

i've got a 1k calorie deficit lol

I take in 10000 calories a day.
this was a typo right
nvm i didn't read the rest of your post

Whenever I go to the gym, I lose atleast nearly 300 calories. And that's 3 times a week MWF. I go on a neighborhood walk on Sunday and I think I lose atleast 200 calories.
