I want BL_IDs private.

even if this was implemented (which it won't be), this would remove any way of tracking who's who, since people can change names on the fly, basically letting them get away with stuff for free unless their IP is publicly posted, and even then you'd have to track if that IP joins your server or who's IP it is on the forums.

this is a horrible idea.
