the threat of frankreich shadows the smaller, vulnerable german states, and although they're protected by osterreich it's clear the franzosisch menace may still be willing to do what they can to challenge their sovereignty. who's to say france will stop at elsass? what if they come for baden next? wurttemberg? we've all seen france's true intentions with the german people. prussia's integration of the north germans will only leave south germany as the frankreich menace's next target.

Since everyone in the Embassy was detained, Prussia basically printed news about French aggression and how they held up in their embassy, threatening a nearby group of officers who weren't doing anything, even KILLING A FEW OFFICERS.

Staying true to honor, Austria is quick to keep to her promise, a declaration of war being sent through to the French government. The mobilized Austrian forces are sent through the the south German states (if given permission) to perform a vanguard invasion into the southern regions of Alsace-Lorraine, as well as to make sure of the safety of Baden. If allowed, the already-existing south German infrastructure is used by the Imperial Austrian Army for supply lines.

The initial vanguard attack makes use of a combined arms of infantry and cavalry with light artillery support, aiming to strain French manpower so that either they or Prussia will be able to break through the front.

this isn't a "line" thing. this isn't hoi4. Prussian armies massed on one single point while the French spread themselves thin.
logistics, especially french logistics, aren't fast enough to hold lines.

I understand russia and italy want to capitalize on france's weakness here but I'm going to have to step in because this is getting ridiculous

really only prussia and austria(/britain?) are legitimately involved in this farce with the franks, so the rest of you doing stuff is voided. if you aren't allied to one of the sides or part of a crCIA, then you shouldn't be hopping in for no in-character reason besides "better dogpile the stuff outta them lol"

trying to loophole this will get you removed from the game
