That is up to the one interpreting it.
I personally see it as removing a double standard in which neither is okay or pushed.
Others may see it that they should both be acceptable and neither should be punished.

Whatever way you slice it, its an equal mindset, but one is less friendly.

Yea, uh... 'forget black people' is--from my perspective--probably more acceptable than 'forget white people'. I've never personally heard someone slander the white race but I hear tribal comments just about every day target towards minority groups.
