No obviously our ancestors just knew what protein, or nutrients really, were and knew exactly what type of foods to eat

i think this is a joke, and i get why it would be one, but in the wild people would just naturally know that they need to kill things and eat them to not feel like they're going to die/actually die. they wouldn't really need to know about why they need to eat these things, they would just know that it's what they needed

I honestly believe that meat processing today is worse than slavery was in the US in the early 1800s
