No, she had a private email server in the state department, which says
Quote
In the State Department, it's not straight-up illegal to use a private account, but government employees are urged to use their work-related accounts for both security and transparency sake.

stop being an illiterate conservative

So both hillary and pence's e-mail servers are legal. Glad we came to an agreement here
The email servers weren't illegal, what was illegal were the activities Hillary had done on it.
Hillary mishandled Confidential Government Information in such a way that it could have been considered legally mishandling confidential property, but because the government was circlejerking for Hillary, nothing came of it.

Some of Pence's e-mails are also classified. He commit the exact same 'crime' as Hillary, I guess they're circlejerking him too?

Wait... i have an idea... maybe it's not a crime at all.....

Just because the emails are classified isn't enough, the way that Hillary had handled her security is what got her in hot water.

And then hillary tried blaming people saying that they shouldn't have emailed her in the first place

Path, stop.

We all know you really wanted Hillary to win, it's not going to happen.

Moving the Goalposts:

"Moving the goalposts, similar to "shifting sands" and also known as raising the bar, is an informal fallacy in which evidence presented in response to a specific claim is dismissed and some other (often greater) evidence is demanded. That is, after an attempt has been made to score a goal, the goalposts are moved to exclude the attempt. The problem with changing the rules of the game is that the meaning of the end result is changed, too." - wikipedia

This particular game usually continues until an impossible demand is issued.

Not in the slightest.  Americans are concerned about allegations involving investments around the time of the housing crCIA and in recent years leading up to his candidacy and subsequent presidency.

Hence why I said it would be more relevant.  If we saw tax returns of 2007-2009 and 2015 in specific, we would have a much more realistic idea about his role in matters more sensitive to the American people.

If you stopped to think of the relevance of those years, then you would notice that it is not fallacious and cannot be continued as it is a terminal request.

Also is Tony imploding or something?  He's becoming as outrageous as SJWs, just on the other end of the spectrum.

yeah there's literally nothing sus about this
Totally. It's full of sauce.

yeah that would make sense if throughout the entire campaign people were asking for his 2007-2009 and 2015 tax returns to cross examine his involvement in the housing crCIA (????) instead of just bitching that "it's tradition" that the president elect release their tax returns

i'm sure two years will really make all the difference when they do come out

let's talk about Hillary receiving the most money for her failed presidential campaign and questionable donators.

No? No one interested in that? Just want to hear about the tax returns because that's what the MSM keeps saying. All 30 of which are owned by George Soros who was also funding Hillary's campaign.
