Moving the Goalposts:
"Moving the goalposts, similar to "shifting sands" and also known as raising the bar, is an informal fallacy in which evidence presented in response to a specific claim is dismissed and some other (often greater) evidence is demanded. That is, after an attempt has been made to score a goal, the goalposts are moved to exclude the attempt. The problem with changing the rules of the game is that the meaning of the end result is changed, too." - wikipedia

Not in the slightest. Americans are concerned about allegations involving investments around the time of the housing crCIA and in recent years leading up to his candidacy and subsequent presidency.

If you stopped to think of the relevance of those years, then you would notice that it is not fallacious and cannot be continued as it is a terminal request.
Also is Tony imploding or something? He's becoming as outrageous as SJWs, just on the other end of the spectrum.
