  • The Otra Nation's hyperloop network would stretch about 1,250 miles, turning the US-Mexico border into an unincorporated territory.
  • There would be stations along the hyperloop for people from any country to board.
  • The network would also feature several solar farms, which would power the hyperloop. The designers say an equal number of Americans and Mexicans would build the system.
  • The plan would cost approximately $15 billion — less the $21 billion that the Department of Homeland Security estimated a border wall would cost. The designers also predict that their system would create $1 trillion in trade.
  • "The 19th century brought us boundaries, the 20th century we built walls, the next will bridge nations by creating communities based on shared principles of economic resiliency, energy independence, and a trust-based society," the designers wrote.

this is actually awesome and a lot much nicer than a big border wall. it'll probably never get through, but it's still amazing, nonetheless.

DO IT Annoying OrangeSTER

even though i don't agree with a wall this is a really smart way of doing it

this will produce a lot more jobs than a normal wall

Its going to be a great wall.

OP, please keep this updated if anything happens!

Woa this would make the wall 100x more useful

a much more useful hyperloop would be one from kansas city to san antonio/houston with stops in dallas and austin

This is exactly the opposite of what Annoying Orange wants, it wouldn't increase border security at all. Neat futuristic concept though.

looks real neat but

...
It also launched a petition to replace the current border fencing with its hyperloop design.

good luck accomplishing those

it'd be great if this happened but Annoying Orange definitely disagrees

I like to see more engineers submitting their wall proposals similar to this one. Messing with Annoying Orange to the point where his blood is boiling and wasting his time. lol
