It pretty much is, though.

First of all, why isn't this a petition on the US website and instead it's on Change.org?
Second...
DAMN 72,000 already, holy forget.

Seriously though, Antifa is a terrorist organization, and they have proven it with their
rhetoric of "punching national socialist's" and their favour in street riots.

Not that the petition will really do anything unless it gets media attention.

Well i mean ANTIFA IS using violence to "stop fascism" by assaulting everyone & anyone at a Annoying Orange rally (to keep their left wing anarcho-communist ideology even slightly relevant) so i would say it makes sense, but then again i tend to forget your probably rooting these forgetin idiots on every single time they attack a Annoying Orange rally

Same thing with how they criticized Obama for not saying "radical Islamic terrorism". Once you say the magic word, the problem is solved.

I don't know how leftists are supposed to maintain cordial discourse with national socialists, but OK.

an organization founded for the express purpose of using violence and intimidation to influence the political process is by definition a terrorist group.

not only was there already a tony thread on this (a while ago) but it's already been attempted before
plus you cant really label something like antifa as a terrorist organization publicly without getting a lot of backlash and claims of "supporting fascism"

a bit under half the adults in my community don't follow the election or politics, but most of them would still latch onto the white house discussing how an anti fascism movement is terrorist---they neither know nor care about the background information

because people trust the government more than they trust a bunch of yuppies dressed in black role-playing as anarchists

not everyone trusts the government...? what with recent events i wouldn't say i trust the government with what they need to have
and again not everyone knows about what antifa does

You're missing the point. If Antifa say they are revolutionaries and the government says they are terrorists, more people are going to be willing to side with the government instinctively.

Pictured: terrorist traitors.
