Also we aren't accepting help, we have some pretty good builders, eventers and scripters already working on it. I'd love to have a community project but the idea here is to keep everything concise and stylized, and the element of surprise is going to be a big part of the server this year.

I would really love to accept help from everyone and have a big community project, but that really won't work with what we have planned for this year. Next year however I would definitely be down for a community-made new year's party.

is drendran still in charge because as long as he is in a leadership position you can expect what happened last year every year.

tbh the build is pretty irrelevant since its just a 'jump around in a massive player orgy' party. the administration is waaaay more important and last year's was about some of the worst I've ever seen since players kept getting randomly bombed to death by admins resulting in like half the server crashing.
