Theres no problens until you start doing the whole "allowing you to use youre preferred gender" bathroom thing.

When you have a situation where you can be sued for denying someone acess to the men's/women's bathroom because theyre a female/male then youll have people who will abuse the system along with the law that makes it illegal to film in bathrooms to commit rape.

This isnt "the transgenders being rapists" this would be rapists abusing a system because of how it works.

I mean, rape is already illegal and there isn't really anything stopping a guy from just sneaking into the women's bathroom right now. Either way it's a huge risk, it's pretty likely someone will just walk in on the act.
