The only time I was opressed I ignored it like a regular human being like everybody should do instead of making a stuffshow out of it.
i'm not really sure if you understand the implications of what you're saying when you say "people who experience oppression should just ignore it, otherwise they're the problem" here because i'm fairly certain that can't actually be what you believe

edit: Also if you're actually from Belgium you don't have anything to worry about, you were literally the second country in the world to legalize gay marriage. It's viewed as one of the more progressive countries in Europe. Gay pride isn't only about expressing yourself, it's about raising awareness for the struggle for rights in places that are less fortunate than us. Look at Chechnya and tell them to "ignore it like a regular human". Check your privilege, thanks, bye.
