Now you've got to be bullstuffting. Are you seriously saying that a PS4 is only on par with your stuffty laptop?
The two look exactly the same, minus AA and some eye candy like DoF. Again, are you this spoiled with game performance or something? Not everything needs to run at 90fps with ultra graphics at 4k.

You saying the game is a "bad port," even though it ran on 4 year old Intel HD integrated graphics at 30fps average for the entire game, is just extremely silly.

yes it literally does

You're making a lot of assumptions here.
I have never said:
-Things need to run at 90fps
-Things need to run at 4k res
-Bad port

But I cannot honestly believe that even though the PS4 is a PS4, there's no way it's on par with a stuffty laptop.

Never said it's on par, I said it looks the same minus eye-candy like AA and DoF and Soft Shadows. With those enabled, it looks the exact same (just it lowers my fps to like 20)

Well then, thats interesting, because my high end pc cant run this above average or even average. It runs it like I installed Blockland on mid range windows 98 se gaming pc with kernelex

Geforce GTX 770 2GB
theres your problem
2gb of vram proooobably isnt enough and the 770 is like a mid range card from 2013 running a game from 2015 with a bunch of crappy updates bogging down performance further and further

GTA V is just a port and remaster.
Just because the PC port was delayed until 2015 doesn't mean it has 2015 graphical standards.
My PC is more powerful than a Playstation 4 and therefor a game that runs decent to well on a PS4
should run games ported from the Playstation/Xbox One should run well to good, but instead it
runs like stuff.

why?

were you forcing the exact same settings and somehow also running the same code?
you're talking about different systems, I wouldn't be surprised if they worked differently

matthew is a handicap and is harping on at literally anything/probably lying. the game is optimised just fine and that has never been a major complaint for this game

my old gaming comp is comparable to the ps4 and it handles gta v fine

Alright, now that there's more stuff on the list than just AA, that's a bit more fair.

Runs like stuff being what? And under what settings?
Because it ran on low settings and at 30 fps on consoles.

Mods makes developers lazy anyways, look at Bethesda.

Why make a fully finished game when you can half loving ass the game and rely on fans fixing your stuff for you?
