I would have my body dry frozen or cryogenically preserved and launched into space in a protective pod at near light speed towards the sector most likely to contain life so that one day (or light century) it'll land on a planet with intelligent life and gift them my meme collection

Cremation and ashes spread around

organ donation, the remainder can be used for science or whatever
after that i would want the most environmentally friendly and cheapest option, both burial and cremation are bad options (the former for land use and cost of a casket or coffin, the latter for emissions)

cryonic preservation would be pretty badass but i'm not sure how viable it is
