I remember trigun, he used to play on my RTB server often. I also remember a few of my old friends, kittytaaz, [BSB]Vem (aka PoPo), and Jookia. (was a TBM friend)

Used to play with Trigun heaps too, good dude. Along with Maplez, Random, Aron, Destiny... too many names to remember. Good memories.

Anyone remember RTB Movie Magic? Back in the RTB 1.045 days General Jake and I crossed paths and I wound up being an actor in a few of his machinima projects. This seems to be the only one that got finished but I can remember helping him with another one that was (I think) a recreation of the crane scene from Casino Royale. I don't remember seeing Jake much after retail came out, but in searching the forums it seems he ran a successful clan for several years and then just quit Blockland for some unspecified reason in early 2012? Wonder what that was about.

Also, fun story about that [SS] clan tag attached to my name in the credits: back then I admired/looked up to Masterlegodude for some reason (I think he had done some Halo-themed mods sometime around then, which I thought were rad as hell because I was a 10-year old who had just gotten into Halo) and wanted to follow in his footsteps, so when I came across two other players who appeared to share his clan tag I asked them if I could join the clan. They said yes, but only if I change my name to "Negerkuken", which I of course did. After playing around in the server under that name for a while, the two players confess that they had just been messing with me, and that my new name means "black richard" in their language. That was the first time I had ever been bamboozled on the internet and I haven't forgotten it since lmao. After that I kept the clan tag because I thought what they had me do was just a hazing ritual as some sort of clan initiation; only in retrospect did I realize that they probably weren't from the same [SS] as Masterlegodude, and were instead just two cheeky cunts having a laugh. Regardless, it's probably my fondest memory of RTB 1.045.

I did indeed make a Halo mod back then, someone even uploaded it to a file repository (link), so i was also able to get my hands on it again and remember just how awful i was at making mods

It's pretty flattering to hear that you looked up to me though, especially so early on in my existence in this community

And sorry to hear about that bamboozling, when i was in [SS], i got to know people like Kinex, WhoooMan, Blinkz, Dita, and some others, and they were all pretty good people, and despite my behavior back then, they eventually agreed to make me an admin on their server, but i think that wasn't until the early days of retail Blockland, it was still pretty great while it lasted

I do miss those days of Blockland, some of those guys are still active elsewhere, but i doubt they'd want to return and bring it back, especially with how Blockland is nowadays :(

howdy. came to lurk on the forums at 2am to see if bl is still alive in 2018. i bought BL back when i was young and stupid (2008 i think?). it was pretty cool to skim through this topic and see all the old names.

my ingame user is Silver 45 (BLID 9720). I don�t imagine anyone will recognize my name cause I was never really involved on the forums. Nonetheless, BL will always hold a place in the back of my mind because some of my closest friends are the ones I met playing this dumb game�most of who were from Cysero�s Medieval RP. Many of us who were admins there are now in a small Discord server, though we only play BL once in a blue moon these days. There�s still quite a few of us that play games together: Cysero, Captain Thomas, Joltarn, ThinkInvisible, CinderTheCat, Minomato, []----[], GlooperTheWooper, scarpelt, and a couple more.

I dunno if there�s anyone still around who played on Cy�s way back when (hit me up if you did!), but it was neato that the server was around long enough to build up its own lore from everyone who roleplayed there. I do miss those days, cringey as we were. hope things are swell around here.

I assure you I was far worse. My greatest creation was a chaingun, using a barely-modified script from a default weapon and a model I downloaded from turbosquid which was so high-poly that it lagged the absolute forget out of the game any time it had to be rendered. I just checked the backup of my family's old computer from back then and it's got the RTB install on it, complete with all my abominations. Not sure if I want to load them up and re-experience them after 11 years or not lol.

This is my first post on this forum account which I made back in October of 2013.

I bought Blockland for the Christmas of 2012, and I've played it a ton back in 2013 (This may be the game I've spent the most time on).
