Okay, weird thing to bring up, but after running into some Life Or Death videos, and getting muted on discords for posting images of it, I researched the actual game series and i found out what it was

Life and Death, the first of the franchise was merely about body surgeries and had more diagnostic systems and had mostly chest surgeries such as appendectomys etc etc.
Life and Death 2 had much less diagnostic features but focused on brain surgery. This was one of the more detailed graphics, and was also the last one of the franchise.
This game caught my eye, as it was a very old abandonware and it was one of the very first realistic medical games to ever exist for the computer.
