Apparently it's the strongest Atlantic hurricane since the 80s
it's the strongest hurricane to ever be outside of the Gulf or the Carribean as well.
Now
916mb 920mb was actually just reported as 916mb now and slowly dropping according to aerial recon, with 185mph winds with gusts to >=220mph. In regards to where it's probably gonna go, though,
this is a great resource (despite seeming a little outdated, it gives a good general forecast for what's going to happen later in the week). It's basically forecasted to pen up just south of Florida, and then where it goes next depends on where the high pressure systems let it move.
Also, Jose is now a thing, and there's also tropical depression THIRTEEN hovering around in the bay of Campeche.
