i'm sure you're referring to my dear old uncle cosmo who likes to put his leg out when people are walking by
cosmo only does it for a quick laugh. he's quite the jokester. luckily people who trip in space don't actually get hurt on account of there being nothing to fall on, and my ol uncle cosmo promptly apologizes to every person who falls victim to his trick.
everything in space is done in good humor and no one is left out. space is the place!
