when they dont have adam sandler in them >:(

I'm going to expand on this later on in the night, but I want to say right now that I absolutely despise the Marvel cinematic universe. It's started a chain of really stuffty schemes by studios with the rights to comic book characters that involve creating "cinematic universes" which is another way of saying "stuffty sequel after stuffty sequel".

If you even just look at the Marvel version, the films are at most mediocre and at worst not worth spending money on. It's just a flood of boring stuff into the marketplace.

But, but they made a horror movie!

But, but they made a horror movie!

Chernobyl Diaries is actually terrible
the ending was loving stupid and there was a lot of awkward cheesy acting yes

but stuff like that is still unsettling

Still better than the new comics

Still better than the new comics

marvel in general is just a cesspool of unconstitutional and inhumane acts

which one was that? I forget
It's called "The New Mutants", but it hasn't come out yet. The film is finished but it hasn't been released yet.

when they have the protagonist be endlessly tortured for no reason at all, it bothers me so much

Chernobyl Diaries
stuff like that could actually happen
boi

Explicitly spitting out exposition in a a conversation at the beginning of a film. It's so unnatural sounding.

I hate when even though we have CGI now these days, people will still pass off humans as "aliens" rather than putting any effort into it.

I have yet to see a legitimately scary horror movie, they're all cliche as forget. This coming from someone who is afraid of literally everything.
eraserhead creeped the forget out of me
