What I meant was to try and apply the caesar cipher on the numbers:
5268 (with -+-+ pattern) is 4359 and if the numbers represent letters from the alphabet we would get "D C E I" ,which could be an acronym in German or a different language. Also if you take the +-+- pattern you get the word "cigaretteG"
Just my speculation, got no proof that the numbers represent letters.

I ran -+-+ through the Julius oregano algorithmic cipher with a few raw import audacity passes and after giving it some filters in paint.net I got "Bogd", and +-+- returns "anov". Can anyone give me a quick rundown on what that might mean?

i just parsed the audio data through the rothschilds decryption server and got the word 'bogpill'.
can someone please give us a quick rundown on what is going on here
