Wow that sounds dangerous.

you don’t have 20-30 minutes to go for a short run ever? you can’t expext to just magically lose pounds homie, physical activity is your go to. eating healthy is also huge, and that doesn’t mean just starving yourself. it’s important to keep a week balanced diet and make sure you eat a decent amount every day. plenty of resources online to find diets that suit your budget/tastes

underweight

according to my doctor i'm at a healthy weight.

Eat healthier and jog for an hour a day

im 5'8" and weight 115

diet is a huge factor

im 6'3 and weigh 130 pounds

drink lots of water, reduce portion sizes, etc

That isn't bad, I weigh 195 at 5'8. You're obviously keeping hydrated, which is good, but if you want to lose any flab or get remotely toned, you have to start exercising. I don't mean to push more into your personal life, how many hours a day do you work and what do you do that's actually physically exhausting?
I work 6 days a week. After school, I work 3 to 9. Weekends got me 10 to 9. My "exercise" is me running around, working fast, in a sauna.

your doctor must be lying to you......... ._o

i would really go what ceist says because what he said is true. it's not really about what you eat, but it's more how much you eat, and then, it's how you rid of the calories and how much work you do. at least that's how i see it. your job is giving you some aerobic workout which is improving the heart and lungs, which is a pretty intense start considering you work for hours, but have you considered lifting or doing anything at the gym?

5'5, 160, look chunky

ideas for you:

go on a diet. run. exercise.
