ya so there seems to be a bunch of late night forumers that i damn sure know it is late in their region. so do you stay up late? if you do, is it because you have a medical condition? or maybe a job? or maybe your just a rebellious teen......

i go to bed at like 11 every night


I just stay up late because I never get tired until ~12

I'm more of a night owl, I prefer nights rather than days


I wake up at noon and then go to sleep around midnight

Physical activity is great for going to sleep at a reasonable time.

i usually get to sleep around 2-3 am

i sleep at around 11:30-12 and on rare occasions, 10:30

i have insomnia and basically have to rely on drugs if I want to sleep

i sleep without any pillows

things i have to do are in the afternoon anyways so idc about staying up for a while!

I've got a forgeted up sleep schedule. A combination of "stuff interesting happening late at night" and "after I've forgeted my sleep schedule up it's hard to fix it".

i usually end up falling asleep at a range from 3 to 5 in the morning. great thing about good ol' me though is that the less sleep i get the more awake i feel throughout the day

in fact i actually dont start feeling very tired unless it's been around 48 hours of being awake (depending on how bored i get at certain times of night)
also another great thing is that my internal body clock is outstanding for waking up at certain times. i spend like half an hour thinking about how im gonna be waking up at 7:23 in the morning and boom i'll be awake at 7:23
