Steam won't open on my computer

I'm having this problem recently, when I open up my computer Steam is programmed to open automaticly, but lately for some reason it just shows the "Updating Steam - Verifying Installation" box, and after it closes it just won't open the client, it just shows up on the  task manager list, I don't know what to do.

Manually close the steam process from the processes tab in Task Manager and try launching Steam as an admin. If that doesn't work just reinstall Steam.

I found the problem, Steam Client was disabled on my services list, locking
