Temps are holding steady around 85 C for everything

Jesus, that's high. Do all the fans seem to be running?

No like, when you open up a game on your computer or something resource-intensive that raises the temps, do you hear your fans whirring at all? Or at least notably less so than in the past?

No, it sounds like the fan is broken and/or jammed. By the 'small rattling noise' I'd guess the fan blades shattered. Luckily a new fan assembly only runs like $20 usually on ebay, but replacing is an ordeal.

damn planr u thick as hell

I post that when it's relevant... it's not helpful if the fan is literally shattered and needs fully replaced.
