Author Topic: [NEWS] School Shooting at Florida High School  (Read 29962 times)

Can't tell if you're being serious or not, but using mass shootings where multiple people are killed to push a political agenda is loving scummy as stuff.
why? what situation could possibly call for action more than this?
do we have to wait until it's only ONE person dying to say that mental health is important?

sorry to tell you dude but "thoughts and prayers" isn't nearly as good as trying to push a political agenda. actually doing something is better than saying something, it's only bad if you try and a push a completely unrelated or unreasonable agenda, like complaining about immigration or gun control because of a shooting like this

Do the liberals on this forum get rock hard every time they hear about a school shooting or something because it means they can push their cancerous agenda?

lol pushing gun control is handicapped and wouldn't solve anything either way

yes

We should teach Islamic Law in schools. How many school shootings do you hear about in Muslim countries? Exactly. Inshallah

except literally no one has brought up gun control in this thread so far, whereas there's plenty of dumb posts about how we should arm teachers to the teeth

I take issue with the defeatist philosophy that we shouldn't try to address school shootings just because they're the status quo now. I don't necessarily think gun control is the most effective way to do that, but that's a way different position than just saying 'hurr I guess we cant do anything'.

I remember there briefly being a point where you weren't just 100% stuffposting.

Nicolas de Jesus Cruz (the shooter) was a Democrat apparently

they didn't even mention gun control this time though, sev made a dumb loving post painting the whole right as if they don't care about mental health

Congressional republicans don't, and the couple conservative users in this thread don't either. Find me one example where Corderlain has established even like a modicum of interest in mental health issues which wasn't posted directly in sequence with some kind of major shooting event.

whats going on here

I'm aware, but I still put zero stock in anyone who only cares about mental health in the hours after a shooting happens. It's 100% just a deflection from other issues and not a genuine call to action.
