It could just be a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe deal where they have new content added to the port. It could just Smash 4 with the inklings and a BOTW Link for all we know.

That said a port of Smash 4 with all the 3DS content, all the DLC stages, characters, and costumes for $60 is instantly worth it to me. Trying to buy the Wii U game used (~$35) and all its character DLC ($36) will easily cost you over $60, so that price point would make total sense here.

It's less if they were ever going to release a smash game (obv they are Nintendo would be stupid not to) and more that it's coming this soon/this year.

here to confirm that yes, as y'all would have expected, i had a bit of a freakout
yea it's smash with a couple characters put into it, but i really do enjoy having more games for my little portable tablet, and i've been waiting forever for smash to come to the switch so of course i'm going to get really excited when it finally does get shown

this is probably not the case; In the teaser we see Link in his Breath of the Wild outfit/hair, which, to me at least, points to this game being completely new. If it was just that Link is going to get his botw costume why would they go out of their way to show it now?

That being said, if this new smash game is just "Smash Deluxe" or whatever I won't even be mad? Hopefully, if it is that, we get smash run online.
