stop making apology threads.
apology threads do absolutely nothing to help your reputation that you ruined, and end up making you look like a complete ass since you're likely going to defend yourself 20 times over in the process.
do you want to change? do you want to fix all the dumb stuff you've done?
leave. take a break. don't bother saying a word at all -- leave, and come back when you feel like you've grown a pair.
don't leave for a day. don't leave for a week or a month. leave for a couple months. and when you come back, don't say a word about it.
if you don't bring up the fact you're back or what you did (basically another apology), maybe people won't even remember or care. if you still act like stuff and people still dislike you, then that's all on you.
stop. they don't work and and almost never will.
