Tbh I don't really see the problem with this. Badspot will deal with anyone abusing the necro bumping and then people can still use it for legitimate reasons if they need to. There's not really a need to remove the ability to quick-edit.

As far as I know quick edit had nothing to do with that. the photo being hotlinked was changed.
