like it only does this about every month and it smells horrible when it does happen. I dont know what the stuff is wrong with it but i do know that it does this sometimes, im probably just overeacting but should i worry about this or not. (its done it about like 2 times now)

you're not overreacting, computers aren't supposed to start smoking. you could seriously damage your computer's components if you let it continue. if it happens again, try to take a picture of it.
is your computer properly ventilated? one or two fans for the case cooling should be fine as long as you also have fans on your CPU and GPU, and to be extra careful you want heat spreaders on your ram:

most ram sticks/prebuilt PCs come with heat spreaders when you buy them. mine don't because i bought them secondhand, but my PC doesn't overheat.

That happens with capacitors blow up. You should check your PC for any blown capacitors. Could also be the PSU.

Bruh it could literally be anything, my first reaction is something is loving melting or burning if there's smoke coming out.

are you using a cheap generic power supply in your system? if so, then that's probably a bad idea

open it up and wait until you know where the smoke is coming out of. Maybe you'll want to hide behind a ballistic shield if the smoke is a symptom of something worse.
