Seriously though.
62 accusers...
62.
Holy stuff.
That seems a little excessive of a number for not one of them to have forward in over a decade.
It smells like a bullstuff activist/get rich quick scheme system being implemented. This appears to be an
extension of the "listen and believe wamen" sect of people.
"What the #MeToo movement is saying is that women are worthy of being believed" -
sourceThis is an attempt at setting a precedent that if a woman cries rape, no matter the circumstance, no matter how absurd it seems, they must be considered
"worthy of being believed". In the Women Ruled world this stuff can go unquestioned because if you do question it you're likely to be attacked, accused or otherwise
ruined for life.
Rape is not a matter to use to your own ends, and I have no doubt that out of the 62 of these women there are those jumping on a get rich quick bandwagon, from the quote in that video alone, this is becoming a case of the Emporer's new clothes.
If a woman claims to be raped, you must accept that it is true, or you are a bigot. If the jury finds the person innocent, than it's justification that you're in rape-culture.
If a king claims that he is wearing clothes, you must accept that is true, or you are unworthy of their current position. If the town cannot see the king's clothes, it's justification that the town is full of unworthy citizens.
This is a system to abuse people's feelings in order to take advantage of unfortunate situations.
Even in situations where a person is truly guilty of rape, if others latch on who are not actually the victim, in the long run when this comes to light
there will be a reverse situation where no one believes anyone who claims to be a rape victim, to the point that they will lose cases they should have won.
I don't think Bill Cosby is innocent, but there is no way that all 62 of those people are actual victims.
