WoW has paid services like race change, faction change, and server transfer, and paid cosmetics like pets and mounts, since like, forever. It's also had the equivalent of bonds for a few years.
I used to play (like maybe 2006-2012) a f2p mmo called Mabinogi that had the full range of various micro transactions, plus an optional monthly subscription premium service, although (except for the very beginning of the game) it didn't unlock any extra content, just a lot of bonuses.
I wouldn't really consider RS to be free to play. I'd say it's p2p with an extensive trial.
It's not pay to win because free players aren't matched against paying players.
