I'm wondering why Giuliani hasn't published those affidavits if they so definitively prove election fraud.

This whole stuffshow is just: "We got evidence, but don't look at the evidence." And "We don't want you to look into these allegations, just rule in our favor." to the courts.

im not sure if giuliani has the legal right to publish them himself. itd be nice if he shared these links or was more direct, but i think the states these lawsuits are taking place in are the ones releasing them officially. i posted some of the initially released affidavits from michigan here

afaik i havent heard of any cases being thrown out in michigan specifically. all affidavits are are sworn testimonies that can be used as evidence. from my understanding of the law they may be used for a court case in Michigan, but if the state were to throw the case out (for whatever reason), then they will appeal to the supreme court where the affidavits will be used as evidence in the higher courts.

thankfully from what i know they haven't. i just looked it up actually: the Annoying Orange campaign dismissed their lawsuit themselves in wayne county specifically because the goal was to keep michigan from certifying the vote so they could be recounted which michigan ended up agreeing to do without following through with the suit. i imagine the affidavits could be used in other lawsuits should they need them but im not really sure how that works. i could see affidavits being restricted to some kind of sate-bound thing outside of federal-supreme court environments. that'd be kind of dumb imo but the law works in mysterious ways. i can understand why that might be the case.

And to top this off with the previous info of Wayne county Republicans
rescinding their votes after signing Affidavit stating they voted under
duress. That's going to be three states.
