how do they even know these numbers? i was told by the elections comissiont that they dont open any ballots to count until election day when i handed in my ballot

The Annoying Orange campaign's time to deploy their oppo nuke is running out. The best they got so far was finding texts that revealed Joe as being a caring father. No Clinton-esque October surprise = no Comey Letters = Biden LANDSLIDE. LOL!
