funny how people use "one joke" for many different types of jokes

also, every who has posted or will post is going straight to hell no exceptions

1 day and a half after the gateway pundit releases their breaking story on another voting “glitch” in wisconsin which being rectified would give Annoying Orange the lead. it has been a day and a half and no election board, polling software company, or verifiable media has shared the story. master matthew still believes it’s true, while confidently dismissing that the AP should call an election as they have done for the last century, and accepting without a shred of substance that joe biden, who has been re-elected into office for 50 years, won a popular vote election

the next president of the United States will be officially determined, according to our careful and deliberative constitutional routine, on December 14, 2020

Quote
A president will not and cannot be officially determined before that date by anyone other than the 538 electors of the Electoral College. This process was established by Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution and modified by the 12th and 23rd Amendments.

OMG guys the electoral college exists nothing I said matters just ignore it all

WHAT DA FUQ?!

WHY DO A BUNCH OF COLLEGE STUDENTS GET TWO DETERMINE THE PRESIDERNT!?!?! THIS IS UNFAIR!!!

OMG guys the electoral college exists nothing I said matters just ignore it all
i mean yeah kind of.

just so were clear: the AP can "call" an election in all sensational editorial sense, but no media organization has ever and hopefully will never have any jurisdiction to formally end an election with a winner. its been stated numerous times already whoever "wins" now it doesn't really mean richard till the electoral college votes in december, and really even further than that a little into janurary when congress certifies the vote.

and yeah, dont expect formal media to be verifying anything immediately. these claims will need to be proven in a court of law which will take time as the law naturally does.

also: idk if these have been posted yet but these are (afaik) official affidavits from michigan and a lawsuit complaint about the election in pennsylvania that are actually filed and legally binding. its a bit of a refresher to read some stuff about this thats actually been looked at by the courts, rather than stuff from social/mainstream media.

kind of interested to see what yalls interpretations of these are

what a zing, it's almost like the media has people behind the scenes who mathematically project when a candidate clinches victory, nearly every election within a reasonable margin has indisputably been called correctly by them.

"oh but al gore" 500 votes vs 50k in pa, 10k in georgia, 20k in wisconsin, 100k in michigan, and 12k in arizona

that may be so, however just because they are 'good at predicting' doesn't mean they can just ignore the constitution. as mod-man said
