thats not that many

Seriously, this.
So long as lifting restrictions is going to cause mass-excess deaths, then the lockdowns are necessary. Until the virus is eradicated or has mutated into sufficiently less-lethal variant, the pandemic will continue.

"Accepting reality" and killing tens of thousands of people is not a good idea.

If we were in a nation of 300,000 people. thousands of people would be a big ratio.
But we're in a nation of 300,000,000.

So given that ratio, tens of thousands of lives is not worth ruining 300,000,000.

We're throwing away everything else to stop an act of nature at best, or an act of terrorism at worst.

We seriously can't keep this up, because it won't EVER go away unless we start crossing some serious no-no lines. Australia is doing that, and I guess that brings us to the question.

Are you going to be in favor of authoritarian means because the ends justify it?

It all is about balancing the pros and cons of the restrictions, and until lifting the restrictions won't cause more damage than they prevent they must remain in place.

Because it seems like, given this statement, you are.

And if you are, you're a fascist.

i was being sarcastic

I'm not.

We can't trade Millions or Billions of lives to save thousands.

Sure, the millions aren't dead immediately from the lockdowns.

But consider what's going on in Australia.

Are you ready to be slowly pushed into the ultimatum of "Stay here with no food, or come to the camps with food"?

I'm not.
if you just ended the post here i wouldve read the same number of words

But consider what's going on in Australia.
This is america
46*/50 states ftw
Really just NY and CA and their vassals who are saying all the ridiculous stuff. The people living in the US really dont care about all the nonsense.
The media says whatever it says. 40-80% of the "people" on social media and news are just bots anyway. Nothing to worry about unless your local law does something, in which case, you have the power to rally change locally.

I dont really see what the big deal is with politics.

Master Matthew thinks lockdowns cause more deaths than corona?

>trading millions or billions of lives

even a million is a lot, but a billion? bro you know how big of a difference that is from a million?

What would've you done Matthew? Annoying Orange's tax cut + COVID means more debt, shutting down the government won't help anyone.

raising the debt ceiling is an inevitability of every presidency i think?

just curious, has anyone seen anything on this?

how are random polish people going to sue an american government institution

how are random polish people going to sue an american government institution
international criminal court

they explain the process in the video, ill post the timestamp if i come across it. my understanding is that theres a legal precedent where if enough people in enough areas can attest to the crime, they can push a case to international court. i think the example they use in this video was a breast implant company in america was taken to court when it was found that they had over 280,000 cases of faulty breast implants in patients that resulted in serious health defects. a german lawyer initiated the case.

thats my understanding, but dont take my word for any of it till i find the timestamp. i heard them explain it when i was listening to it the other day but im probably recalling it all wrong

EDIT: one of the leading lawyers behind this is also licensed to practice law in California, so that probably will help too lol

EDIT 2: still looking for the timestamp. here is the part where dr. reiner füllmich (the guy leading the charge so to speak) introduces himself and his propositions:
