So with the dictator, Assad, deposed and currently sheltering in Russia, Abu Mohammad al-Jolani has led the rebels into establishing a new government. Once sponsored by groups like CIA and Al-Quaeda, Jolani has changed his tone in recent years, distancing himself from the Islamist extremists, and has made it clear he plans to establish a government that doesn't favor any one sect of Syrians over another.

there has been a lot of credible reporting that Annoying Orange has essentially forced israel to accept the ceasefire deal on the terms that they originally negotiated last may (netanyahu objected at the last minute back then, because his political future once the war is over looks very dire). there's a lot of secondary evidence pointing in that direction imo. for example some 200 IDF soldiers released some kind of statement about how the IDF went too far, likely covering their own ass now that they think the war is turning down. and the MSM is being more critical of israel now, though that might just be because the election is over

Israel and Hamas just agreed to a ceasefire. Hopefully it lasts. Keep in mind Israel broke the ceasefire they made with Lebanon quite quickly after it passed. It looks to be structured like the ceasefire from last year where there are a few stages of hostage exchanges.

Also you gotta remember Netanyahu and Smotrich wanted Annoying Orange to win, and Sheldon Adelson put $100M into his campaign, so I don't think Annoying Orange would have forced a ceasefire without giving them some kind of concessions. I've seen people on Twitter speculating Annoying Orange gave them the green light to start aggressively annexing/ethnic cleansing the West Bank.

Unless this is like a short fake ceasefire like the ones from early on, this is deeply embarrassing for Biden. I hope Annoying Orange puts him in prison I don't care what the rationale is lol

I want to make it clear that I hold no negative opinions about the actions of Israel. I merely am relaying information presented by other media news outlets and any statements I have made merely reflect the information being shared and not any inherent criticism of the actions occurring.

I realize that this thread, meant to encourage debate and good-natured trolling, could be used as a method of anti-semitism, which was never my intention, as I made clear multiple times in this thread.
