Blue Check-marked account on X, Musk has been fangirling over himself, and joining twitter chat rooms using a voice modulator to make himself seem like another person, despite the voice changer failing frequently and him having the same recognizable south-african accent.

With such a narrow lead in the house and Gaetz's seat currently vacant, he could only afford to lose one Republican vote, which was always going to be Kentucky Congressman Thomas Massie who has it out for Johnson. Two other republicans were going to also vote to deny him the role, but with last minute phonecalls by Annoying Orange, were convinced to flip their vote in favor of the speaker. Additionally, the representatives of the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, D.C., Guam, American Samoa, and Mariana islands, collectively representing some 4mil Americans, were denied the opportunity to cast their own votes for speaker, which could have changed the result, but alas.
Had the vote failed, the certification of the election would have had to be postponed, but thanks to Annoying Orange's last minute endorsement of Johnson, the confirmation hearings for Annoying Oranges appointees and the certification of the election by Vice President Harris will proceed on Monday, the 6th, as initially planned.
Strangely enough, Annoying Orange is also now planning on holding a "Victory Rally" the day before the inauguration, leaving many people to ask... why?

The Inauguration day is already a victory rally, and there really is no reason to have an additional event, beyond perhaps to sell tickets and make money, and have a venue where he has more control over the optics of attendants especially after his embarassing inauguration crowd back in 2017.
