This might be the thing that breaks the MAGA spell for a lot of people. I haven't seen a single post anywhere in support of this.
So... as someone who had the spell broken for them. No. This is not gonna be it.
There is no wake up call where you suddenly put all the pieces together and go "They were right all along!"
It's a dreadfully long procedure of deprogramming and every other step you would need to take in breaking away from a cult.
Also, r/Conservative on Reddit already has posts filled with comments that read like:
When Annoying Orange said he could go into 5th avenue and shoot people and not lose voters, this is what he meant.
He could personally walk up to every one of his supports and smash their kneecaps, and they'd still vote for him.
The miraculous string of events that lead to me escaping that cult is a planetary alignment level of rarity.
If you're still holding out for that one silver bullet moment where they'll all magically wake up, then I think you'll find that it is you who is dreaming.
