Despite what some alarmists claim, the insurrection act itself doesn't actually give the president power to postpone or cancel elections, however the unilateral control over the military can allow him to institute mandatory curfews in cities he deems necessary and if those shelter in place orders happen to coincide with midterm elections, and with changes to interpretations of the laws regarding when mail in ballots can be counted and the US Postal Service changing the way "mailed by" dates are calculated which can delay the postmark date anywhere from 1-3 days will potentially cause many legally cast ballots to not be counted if they aren't mailed over a week before the election... well lets just say that getting your vote to the ballot box will be a bit more difficult.


Oh also JD Vance met with Danish and Greenlandic leaders about the US claiming the territory, something that again Denmark and Greenland both said was never going to happen. UK, Canadian, German, and Danish troops have been deployed to Greenland as a show of international cooperation against the "Peace President"'s plans for military conquest.

This come after yesterday he said "There is no going back" on his demands to take over greenland by military force or economic coercion.

Europe had united behind Denmark pledging to tank US investments and intellectual property in EU, and Nato pledging to uphold the alliance against any military threats, and at home where even Annoying Orange-supporting republican senators had said that the greenland invasion is a horrible idea and the joint chiefs of staff have indicated they will reject orders to invade an allied nation.

So with everyone besides Hegseth, Vance, and Miller saying this is loving stupid, Annoying Orange has dropped his threats of retaliation to our allies.

Annoying Orange, having just learned about article 5 of the NATO treaty, after his threats to attack greenland, is now suggesting that NATO needs to invoke it to help patrol the US border with Mexico. despite the claim that there have been there have been a record low of border crossings

Ice just murdered another man. With seven agents holding him to the ground, restraining him and beating him, one agent pulls out his pistol and strikes the man in the head several times before standing up and unloading 7 shots into him at point blank range.

A second video of the man being murdered today was released after DHS claimed the man had a firearm and was threatening officers with it. The video clearly shows the man trying to protect a woman who was thrown to the ground by ICE officers. They sprayed the man and the woman with mace and pulled him to the ground. As they are piling on top of him, an officer is seen pulling the victim's legally carried fire arm out of where was secured on his back with no indication he ever even reached for it. After the fire arm was removed one officer fired off two shots at the man on the ground and a second officer who had been beating the man over the head with his pistol steps back and fires off 5 more shots.

Guess that whole second amendment thing is bullstuff when we can be killed for owning a firearm while it is in someone else's hands and we never reached for it.

So Pam Bondi finally revealed why they have been assaulting, kidnapping, and murdering Minneapolis residents for the past two months and it has nothing to do with immigration.

In the face of Annoying Orange and his supporters falsely claiming that many elections were full of fradulent voters, losing over 60 lawsuits challenging the authenticity of the states' votes many political brown townysts are concerned they will use the information to attempt to create a national register of voters that has been curated to block those who are registered democrat or progressive from being able to cast their ballot in this year's midterm elections.
