This is actually a good idea for planning builds! It could be like grid paper, each square representing one brick-unit.

Only once every few months you see a GOOD idea in the suggestions subforum.

i could easily make one, give me a couple of minutes
but it has to be and overhead view
or you need multiple blueprints so you can have ones for each side, but i'll post it soon

Edit: well that couple of minutes is now 1 minute, this is obviously not exceptional, but it is a simple blue print for paint

Too bad noone can make some sort of downloadable game like thing where we click a color to use and click a squair to fill it in a build based on that. Like an 8-bit sprite maker.

Because its not.
Think about it:
You have just a simple print brick.
There is a little button with colors on it.
There are tiny squares.
You have to have a freaking magnifying glass to see what your doing.
Very unlikely to happen, and very useless.

Impossible to paint it correctly square by square. And plus, I dont think its possible to free paint.

It doesn't have to be a print brick. It could be a menu like the IGSO menu, or the bots mod menu, which you can open up from a certain command.

Well, a 'click to change' button has already been done. See Zor's RGB animator. Just make it change the button's colour as well.
