Manual 48 wide plates duplicated. Still, I've never been one to enjoy making slopes, so I've gone for the simplest option without having flat walls. The general effect is still reasonable.

I was in it yesterday, very well detailed for such a small area can't wait to see what the end turn out will be.

Nice work Sniff. Its was definitely a great experience to play on this one.

BTW: I saved it and will be doing so at incremental periods for reference to my own DMs/TDMs/CTFs.

WOW very cool. A couple of problems:
The crates and barrels in the trenches are all the same.
It could and should be a lot longer.
the walls are kinda inappropriate, and make it seem less arcticy arctic-like.

Matter of opinion. I'd rather have ice walls that more bricks, it makes it look more interesting.

That’s precisely my point. If you copy it like that, it looks like you just duplicated it all, thus leading people to assume that you’re too lazy or unskilled to extend it manually.

Jeez, thanks for the kind words. Yes, I am lazy, and the project wasn't designed to be beautiful, it was designed to be practical for deathmatches. It was an experiment that ended up appealing to a lot of people. I don't enjoy being cranky and sounding like one of the kids that post shoddy things and can't take criticism, BUT, I did not post the topic for it to be rated or told how to make it better. The project has been abandoned, and I won't be around Blockland very soon, so your comments are redundant.

I think its great. Its one of my favorite DM/TDM, these are my 3 favorite Dm/TDM builds (in order of DOWNLOAD) The wall, USSR Afganistan DM, Arctic Warfare.


BTW The chromed trees look great.
