will you tell me how to make hats/weapons/cars/planes/boats useing Blender? if you can do that then i will be happy and just make my own things and not ask for things that much

It requires more than just Blender, it requires an exporter and it requires levels of scripting.

I've heard somewhere that it (or one similar) is being made for the Rock Raiders mod. Just hold tight for a little while longer.
